If you are an On-Premise customer, you can access your billing information and invoices from the billing portal, using this link.
Once on the page, select the Please sign in here link, from the bottom right corner.
This will take you to the Sign in page, where you need to use your email and password to enter.

Tip: If you don't know your password, you can then use Forgot password link to get that re-sent out.
