You can define as many task templates as you want, and choose what task types each template should create.
A task template can be applied via the Tasks Spreadsheet in two ways:
First, by using the Create dialog. Click the Create button in the toolbar above the spreadsheet and select what object you would like to create. In the dialog that appears, you can select a task template to apply when creating the object. Tasks with defined task types in the selected template will be created automatically when the object is created. Note that you will not be able to use task templates on all kinds of objects.
Second, by right-clicking in the spreadsheet. Right-click on the object in the spreadsheet you would like to create tasks on, and select Task templates and the template you would like to apply. Tasks with defined task types in the selected template will be created automatically.
